Thank you so much for your feedback, and I'm really sorry to hear that the lack of instructions caused some trouble — that was definitely not the experience we wanted you to have.

You're absolutely right: due to clay shrinkage rates, it's tricky to give exact measurements, but we totally understand how helpful at least a rough guide would be. We're currently working on creating more detailed documentation and sizing guidelines to make things much easier in the future.

In the meantime, if you'd like to share the shrinkage rate of the clay you're using, we’d be happy to help estimate the ideal measurements for the holes and stoppers based on that. We'd love to make sure you can get the most out of the item.
