Orders & Shipping

We ship all orders from Turkey using express international couriers such as DHL.

Most European orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost depends on your location and will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over 99€.

Currently, we focus on Europe. For other countries, please contact us.

Orders placed through Mouldix are shipped from Turkey or our European warehouses. For international shipments, additional customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may be charged by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are not collected by Mouldix and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that any applicable duties or taxes will be paid by the buyer upon delivery. Customs processes and tax rates vary depending on local regulations in each country.

Product & Materials

All tools are 3D printed using high-quality PLA+, which is eco-friendly and durable.

Yes! Our tools work perfectly with polymer clay, ceramic clay, and other soft materials.

Our tools are not food-certified. They're made for craft and artistic purposes only.

Cleaning & Care

Simply rinse with warm water and a soft brush. Avoid dishwashers or heat exposure.

Not at all — if cleaned properly and not exposed to excessive heat, they stay sharp for years.

Returns & Refunds

No worries! You have a 14-day return window after delivery.

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item and place a new order..
