Orders placed through Mouldix are shipped from Turkey or our European warehouses. For international shipments, additional customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may be charged by the destination country’s authorities.

These charges are not collected by Mouldix and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that any applicable duties or taxes will be paid by the buyer upon delivery.

Delivery Issues:

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@mouldix.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve any issue quickly.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
